"The sand feels AMAZING, Sam!" Quorra chuckled out as she ran her bare feet through the hot sands of the late night summer's beach. The water came ever so close to her pale pink toes before receding, but slowly it got closer and closer. She giggled when the water finally reached her feet. "These beaches are so much more beautiful than those on the Grid." She said softly, before sitting her small bottom onto the sandy earth.
"Mmmm-hmmm." Sam plopped down next to her, breathing in the salty air. The delicious, familiar, flavor of the salt reminded him of his father. It was the same beach the man had brought him to all those years ago. Salt was such a melancholy flavor to him now. He exhaled loudly.
"Sam...are you okay?" Quorra said in her concerned, yet curious tone.
"Yeah, Quorra, I'm fine." he uttered to her, lying. He wrapped his arm around her shoulder in a soft embrace.
She had only been i

"What a sad story..." Quorra said, closing another massive book. She loved to read both fiction and nonfiction, but tragedies seemed to be her favorite. She was breezing through Shakespeare's classics as though they were children's picture books with titles like "Bink Says Boo." She sat at a large wooden table in the center of the library, flipping through yet another monster sized book. She began flipping through the pages effortlessly, processing the information at lightning speed.
Sam walked through the seemingly countless isles of bookshelves, his eyes scanning the binds as he slowly mouthed the titles of those that proved to be slightly intriguing. He always had a habit of mouthing whatever he read. He pulled out a book on world records, slightly interested, and walked back to the table that he and Quorra occupied.
"So...anything good?" Sam whispered to her quietly.
"OH IT WAS TERRIBLE! I couldn't BELIEVE THAT

Quorra's eyes were wide as she trailed through the mass Encom Tower Sam had told her of. It was even grander than she had imagined. She had no idea that the Users were capable of such wondrous things. Sure, there were massive buildings on the Grid, but this...this was something else. All of the towers and building were made from hard work and months...years of planning. Much different than the coding used to make building back on the Grid. She wondered if Sam was this fascinated with the building? She had to ask him once he got back from sorting things out with Alan...that man...something about him was familiar. Of course! The creator of Tron himself...wow.
The marble walls were cool on her snow white skin as she made her way deeper into the menacing tower. When she realized a few workers staring she pulled her hand away, realizing her fascination might be perceived as strange. Sam informed her it was in her best interest to 'lie low' and not draw attention to herself. Quorra quickly re
Thunderous Silence"Almost there! Hang on!" Sam called out as the motorbike banked off the straight and narrow highway onto a winding side street. Quorra grinned as her arms wound ever tighter around the User boy, his warmth comfortingly pressing against her smaller frame. She mentally corrected herself. Sam wasn't a User boy to her; he was just a boy. She was a User herself, as strange as the concept still sounded. Trees whizzed by in moments. The silver orb that Sam had called the moon was framed against a network of glistening dots called stars above the spiny tips of towering evergreens. Quorra smiled to herself. Her first night in the User world had been very much like this, although it had also been more fresh and new due to the plethora of discoveries that had awaited her.Thunderous Silence by nightchildmoonchild
Sam had taken her to a suburban park, where she could see the stars come out after the rosy light of the sunset had faded away. When he had asked her for her opinion on the night sky, the ISO had replied that it was very beautif
